How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Digital Marketing Coordinator

We're recruiting for a Digital Marketing Coordinator to join an established and growing FMCG business based in Worcestershire. This is a varied role offering the opportunity to take ownership of the company's digital presence while supporting wider marketing and brand activity.

    The Role

As Digital Marketing Coordinator, you'll take day-to-day ownership of the company website and help develop its digital presence across SEO, AEO, email marketing and performance reporting.

    Your responsibilities will include:

    - Managing and developing the company website, ensuring content is accurate, engaging and up to date.

    - Creating and updating WordPress pages, news articles and landing pages.

    - Managing ongoing SEO activity and identifying opportunities to improve organic search performance.

    - Developing the company's approach to AEO and AI search visibility.

    - Monitoring website performance through Google Analytics and Google Search Console.

    - Planning, creating and delivering customer email campaigns and newsletters through Mailchimp.

    - Supporting social media activity across LinkedIn, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok and other relevant channels.

    - Writing engaging copy for websites, social media, newsletters, campaigns and wider marketing materials.

    - Supporting digital campaigns, product launches, brand activity, presentations and company communications.

    - Coordinating with external agencies, designers, printers and other suppliers.

    - Producing monthly reporting across website, SEO, email and social activity, using insights to recommend improvements.

    About You

We're looking for someone with previous experience in digital marketing or a broader marketing role, who is proactive, commercially minded and comfortable taking ownership.

    You'll ideally have:

    - Hands on experience managing and updating websites using WordPress or another CMS.

    - Good working knowledge of SEO and digital content optimisation.

    - Strong copywriting and written communication skills.

    - Experience using Mailchimp or a similar email marketing platform.

    - Confidence working with analytics and campaign data to understand performance and identify opportunities.

    - Excellent organisation and attention to detail.

    - The ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

    - A proactive approach, with the confidence to work independently while collaborating effectively within a small marketing team.

    - Experience within FMCG, food, fresh produce, agriculture, wholesale or another B2B environment would also be beneficial.

A full UK driving licence and access to a car is essential for occasional site, supplier and event visits.
