Senior Payroll Specialist

A newly created role is being recruited for very well-known brand, with head offices based in London.

This role will report into a Payroll Manager & will play an integral part within the payroll team.

As the Senior Payroll Specialist, you will be responsible for:

Processing a full start to finish weekly & monthly payroll for c1500 employees
Administering all statutory deductions, including SMP, SSP, SPP, N.I & PAYE
HMRC submissions
Processing P45s & P46s
Performing regular payroll audits
Producing payroll related reports and payroll analysis
Driving compliance and continuous improvement across the department
