THE ROLE
As an MET Technician, you will be responsible for carrying out Mechanical, Electrical and Trim work on accident-damaged vehicles, ensuring repairs are completed efficiently and to the required standard.
·Carry out mechanical repairs and component replacement
·Diagnose and repair electrical faults where required
·Remove and refit vehicle trim and associated components
·Strip and fit components safely and efficiently
·Support vehicle repairs following accident damage
·Work to agreed repair timescales and quality standards
·Maintain high standards of workmanship and attention to detail
ABOUT YOU
·Previous experience as an MET Technician
·Proven experience within an automotive Bodyshop environment
·Strong Mechanical, Electrical and Trim knowledge
·Good understanding of modern vehicle repair methods
·Ability to diagnose faults and complete repairs efficiently
·High standards of workmanship and attention to detail
·Reliable, professional and able to work effectively as part of a team
