Site Administrator

Project Site Coordinator | Norwich | Contract to Dec 2027 | Inside IR35 (PAYE/Umbrella)

We're recruiting for a Project Site Coordinator to join a major construction project in Norwich through to 31st December 2027.

This is a varied, site-based administrative role where you'll be the backbone of the project team, ensuring the site office runs smoothly and efficiently. Working closely with the Site Manager, you'll coordinate onboarding, maintain personnel records and timesheets, support reporting and presentations, organise meetings and travel, manage site facilities, and help keep project operations on track.

What we're looking for:
Strong administration and organisational skills
Excellent English communication skills
Full driving licence and access to a vehicle
Good local knowledge of the Norwich area
Experience within construction or a site environment would be advantageous

What you'll be doing:

Coordinating site administration and personnel onboarding
Tracking timesheets, working hours, and site headcount
Preparing reports, presentations, and meeting minutes
Managing travel, accommodation, facilities, and site vehicles
Maintaining accurate records, databases, and filing systems
Supporting the wider site team with day-to-day operational requirementsPlease note: This is an administrative coordination role and no engineering or technical experience is required.
