Key Responsibilities
As Chef de Partie, you'll play an important role in the kitchen, helping to deliver consistently high standards across every service.
Preparing and cooking dishes to a consistently high standard
Taking responsibility for your designated section during service
Maintaining excellent food quality, presentation and portion control
Following food safety, hygiene and allergen procedures
Supporting the wider kitchen team during busy services
Helping with preparation for weddings, events and restaurant service
Keeping your section clean, organised and well stocked
Supporting junior members of the kitchen team when required
What we're looking for
We're looking for a passionate Chef de Partie who enjoys working with quality ingredients and wants to continue developing their skills.
Previous experience as a Chef de Partie or experienced Commis Chef ready for the next step
A genuine passion for fresh, seasonal food
Good organisation and time-management skills
The ability to work calmly and efficiently during busy services
A positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a team
Good understanding of food hygiene and kitchen standards
Your own transport is essential, as the venue is in a rural location and reliable travel to the site is required
