This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Administrator to join a well-established construction and civil engineering business, offering a friendly working environment, hybrid working and genuine opportunities for progression.

Are you an organised Administrator with strong communication skills, looking for a long-term opportunity with an established business?

This established construction and civil engineering business has significant long-term frameworks secured and is continuing to grow across the region. Working from their head office, you will join a friendly and supportive team, handling a mixture of customer enquiries and administrative tasks. Full training will be provided on the company's internal systems.

The ideal candidate will have previous administration experience and be confident speaking with customers. You will be organised, friendly and proactive, with a willingness to get involved in a varied role and support the wider team.

The Role:

Handling customer enquiries by phone and email
Completing a range of administrative and data entry tasks
Updating internal systems and maintaining accurate records
Working closely with colleagues to support the smooth running of the team

The Person:

Previous administration or customer service experience
Strong communication and organisational skills
Confident, friendly and comfortable speaking with customers
Full UK driving licence
