I am currently recruiting for a day maintenance engineer based in Holborn. Looking for a electrical or mechanical/plumbing qualification and a proven track record in commercial maintenance.
Sector: Commercial Maintenance
Duties include all ppm and reactive maintenance, this is from electrical, changing lights, moving floor boxes, sockets, temp checks on tmv's, as well as water treatment, basic plant checks, pumps, motors, changing filters and generally help with other engineers and escorting sub contractors.
Hours 8 hours a day 7-4
Salary 43-46K depending on qualifications and experience.
