The Role
We are looking for an organised and proactive Immigration Coordinator to support the global mobilisation of Field Service Engineers.
As an Immigration Coordinator, you will coordinate visa and immigration requirements, ensuring Field Service Engineers have the correct documentation and approvals in place to mobilise to international projects on time.
The Immigration Coordinator will work closely with Resource Planners, Project Managers, regional teams, embassies, consulates and immigration specialists, providing guidance on visa requirements and supporting both planned and urgent international deployments.
Key Responsibilities
As an Immigration Coordinator, you will be responsible for Coordinating visa and immigration applications for Field Service Engineers. Organising visa applications and ensuring immigration requirements and compliance processes are followed to support successful mobilisation.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date visa information and application guidance. Monitoring changes to immigration requirements and updating internal processes accordingly.
Supporting manpower planning by identifying visa requirements for upcoming international assignments. Responding to visa and immigration queries from Field Service teams.
Maintaining visa databases, reports and KPI information.Gathering and verifying country-specific immigration requirements with embassies, consulates and immigration specialists. Building effective relationships with internal stakeholders and external immigration partners.
What We're Looking For
The successful Immigration Coordinator will ideally have:
Experience in immigration, visa coordination, global mobility or international assignments.
Good knowledge and understanding of visa and immigration processes.
Ability to manage multiple visa applications, deadlines and priorities.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Confidence working with databases, reports and administrative processes.
