Working on reviewing the existing client commercial terms and help to develop service value proposition
Influencing and evolving the client management to deliver improved results
Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, acting as a key point of contact
Collaborate with the Managing Director and teams to devise projects.
Facilitate effective communication between clients and internal teams
Identify key opportunities for increased client interaction and revenue growth
Liaise with suppliers and vendors
Oversee supplier performance
Manage administrative functions
Contribute to business development activities, including assisting with developing, presenting and following up proposals and attending client meetings
Participate in marketing initiatives and campaigns

Proven ability to build and maintain client and supplier relationships
Strong problem-solving skills and experience in process improvement
Excellent verbal and written communication skills
Highly organised, with exceptional time management skills
Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel, with strong data analysis capabilities
Experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a commercial or operational capacity
Attention to detail and a proactive approach to tasks
Resilience and adaptability in a fast-paced, client-driven environment
Familiarity with accounting platforms (e.g. Xero) and CRM platforms (e.g. HubSpot) is advantageous but not essential
