I'm working with a successful mechanical and air conditioning contractor who are looking for an experienced Mechanical Supervisor to join their growing team on a permanent basis.
This is a great opportunity for a hands-on supervisor who knows how to run mechanical works, coordinate trades and keep projects moving - with a varied workload across London and Hemel Hempstead.

As Mechanical Supervisor, you'll take ownership of the mechanical works across commercial projects, making sure everything is safe, organised, on programme and delivered to a high standard.
You'll be responsible for:

Supervising mechanical and HVAC installation works
Coordinating engineers, subcontractors and other trades
Driving progress and keeping works on programme
Ensuring installations meet quality and specification requirements
Monitoring health & safety and site standards
Working closely with site management and project teams
Managing day-to-day issues and keeping projects moving
Supporting the smooth delivery of mechanical services across multiple projectsWhat We're Looking For

Valid SSSTS
Valid CSCS
Strong mechanical background - HVAC, plumbing, ductwork or similar
Previous experience supervising commercial mechanical works
Confident coordinating trades and managing site progress
Strong communication and organisational skills
