Responsibilities in your new role
As a crucial member of the kitchen team, you will skillfully prepare and cook a range of dishes within your designated section, ensuring every plate meets high standards. You will also:
* Manage and mentor junior kitchen team members
* Maintain high standards of food safety, hygiene and cleanliness
* Monitor stock levels and support efficient kitchen operations
* Ensure dishes are prepared and delivered on time during service
* Work closely with the Head Chef and wider kitchen team
* Follow client requirements and specific instructions accurately
* Consistently deliver high-quality food and service
Your personality, experience and qualifications
