Our client is looking for an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of security and electrical projects across critical HV infrastructure, including substations and private networks.
The role will focus on the protection and security of HV assets, managing the installation and delivery of CCTV, perimeter security, access control, intruder detection and associated systems, alongside HV/LV electrical works.
You will manage projects from planning and design through to installation, commissioning and handover, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget and to client specification.
Key Responsibilities

Manage multiple HV security and electrical infrastructure projects from start to finish.
*
Lead the delivery of CCTV and security installations across substations and critical HV assets.
*
Manage contractors, site teams, procurement, budgets and project programmes.
*
Work with our client to understand security, asset protection and operational requirements.
*
Coordinate electrical, security, civil and specialist contractors.
*
Ensure projects meet relevant security, safety, quality and technical standards.
*
Manage project risks, performance and client KPIs.
*
Develop strong client and stakeholder relationships.
*
Support the growth of our HV security and critical infrastructure protection offering.
What We're Looking For
*
5+ years' experience within the electrical, utilities or infrastructure sector.
*
5+ years' project or operational management experience.
*
Experience delivering CCTV, security or electronic security projects, ideally within substations, utilities, energy or critical infrastructure.
*
Strong understanding of HV environments, substations and private networks.
*
Experience managing multi-disciplinary contractors and project teams.
*
Strong client and stakeholder management skills.
*
NEBOSH / SMSTS or equivalent – desirable.
*
DNO experience/authorisations – desirable.
*
Full UK Driving Licence.
