The successful candidate will be responsible for managing the day-to-day delivery of new-build residential RC frame projects, with project values of up to £15m.
The Role
As Site Manager, you will take responsibility for the on-site delivery of projects, ensuring works are completed safely, to programme, and to the required quality standards.
You will work closely with the Project Manager, subcontractors, consultants and wider site team to coordinate construction activities from the RC frame and structural stages through to completion.
Requirements

Proven experience as a Site Manager within a residential main contractor environment.
*
Strong background delivering new-build residential projects.
*
RC frame experience is essential.
*
Experience working on Design & Build (D&B) residential projects.
*
Previous experience managing projects valued up to approximately £15m.
*
Strong understanding of construction programmes, sequencing and site logistics.
*
Excellent subcontractor management and communication skills.
*
SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid qualifications.
*
A strong focus on health & safety, quality and programme delivery.
