How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Manage and maintain the firm's social media channels, including planning, creating, scheduling and monitoring content.

Create engaging digital content including articles, newsletters, case studies, social media content, videos, reels and vox pops.

Develop and manage content calendars across the firm's brands, sectors, services and campaigns.

Manage and update website content, ensuring information is accurate, relevant, engaging and optimised.

Support the ongoing development of the firm's website and identify opportunities to improve content, user experience and visibility.

Apply SEO best practice to digital content and identify opportunities to improve organic search performance.

Plan and deliver email marketing campaigns and digital communications, including content creation, audience segmentation and performance monitoring.

Work with colleagues across the firm to identify stories, expertise, achievements and other opportunities for digital content.

Capture and edit video content for use across the firm's website, social media and other digital platforms.

Monitor and report on digital marketing performance across social media, website, email and campaigns.

Use digital analytics and insights to understand what is performing well and make recommendations for future activity.

Keep up to date with digital marketing trends and identify new ideas and opportunities relevant to the firm.

Help maintain consistency of the firm's brand, tone of voice and messaging across digital channels.

Manage digital projects and campaigns from brief through to delivery, ensuring deadlines and agreed objectives are met.

Work closely with the Marketing Manager to support the delivery of the wider marketing plan and contribute ideas for future campaigns and activity.

Confident communicating and working with colleagues to gather content and develop marketing opportunities.

Proactive, creative and willing to bring forward new ideas
