MES System Engineer

What You Will Do:

- Configure Dassault Delmia Apriso MES to support end-to-end battery manufacturing workflows, including manufacturing, warehouse, and quality activities.

- Work across solution design, development, implementation, support, and maintenance of MES capabilities.

- Ensure seamless integration between MES and OT environments, including SCADA, WCS, automation, and IoT systems.

- Enable reliable data flow between MES and IT systems such as ERP, PLM, LIMS, QMS, and WMS.

- Drive troubleshooting and continuous improvement by identifying MES-related issues and implementing fixes.

- Maintain clear functional and technical documentation, including data workflow descriptions, while helping train internal and external stakeholders.

What You Will Bring:

- Proven experience with MES solutions, including configuration work and system implementation experience.

- Strong ability to integrate MES with ERP/PLM/WMS and OT systems, guided by recognised standards such as ISA-95 and ISA-88.

- Solid C# programming skills and SQL database proficiency for development and data handling tasks.

- Experience delivering MES projects, including milestone delivery and equipment interface commissioning.

- Background in battery manufacturing or relevant process industries such as semi-conductor, life sciences, pharma, or biotech, alongside a degree in Engineering or Computer Science (or an equivalent discipline).
