How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

Coordinating meetings, maintaining records and supporting day-to-day team operations.
Assisting with onboarding and knowledge sharing for new team members.
    What you'll need to succeed
To be successful in this role, you'll be a highly organised and proactive administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and thrives when managing multiple priorities. You'll be comfortable working to tight deadlines, handling challenging situations professionally, and maintaining a high level of accuracy while supporting a busy operational function.
    The successful candidate will demonstrate:

Previous administrative experience within a commercial, operational, supply chain, purchasing or manufacturing environment.
Strong Microsoft Excel skills, including the ability to create pivot tables, graphs, reports and formulas.
Experience managing and maintaining databases, ensuring data accuracy and integrity.
Excellent organisational skills with the ability to prioritise a varied workload.
Confidence working under pressure and meeting competing deadlines.
A proactive approach to identifying process improvements and suggesting new ways of working.
Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively with both internal stakeholders and external suppliers.
A team-focused attitude with a willingness to support colleagues across the wider function.
Experience using ERP systems such as SAP would be advantageous but is not essential. What you'll get in return
In return, you'll join a global organisation that values collaboration, development and employee growth. You'll gain exposure to a broad range of procurement activities while working alongside experienced professionals within a supportive team environment.

12-month fixed-term contract with a respected international organisation.
Opportunity to develop procurement and supply chain experience.
