Senior Project Manager - London Consultancy

We are working with an established multidisciplinary property and construction consultancy in central London. The business works across a diverse range of sectors including residential, commercial, education, & leisure, providing services across quantity surveying, building surveying, project management and employer's agent.
Due to continued growth, they are looking to appoint a Senior / Senior Associate level Project Manager to join their established team.

The Role
This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager to join a well-established team, and work on a varied portfolio of projects.

The London office is particularly busy across the residential sector, with a number of exciting developments currently underway.

The successful Senior Project Manager will be responsible for managing projects from inception through to completion, working closely with clients, contractors, consultants and internal teams.

You will be involved in:

Leading projects from inception through to completion
Client and stakeholder management
Programme and project management
Procurement and tendering
Managing consultants and contractors
Reporting to clients and senior stakeholders
Working collaboratively with other disciplines across the consultancyAbout You
We are looking for an experienced Project Manager with 4+ years' consultancy experience.

You will ideally have:

Consultancy side experience
Experience delivering residential projects, ideally high end residential
Strong client facing and communication skills
Experience managing projects and programmes
A commercially aware and organised approach
Relevant professional qualifications, or a clear commitment towards chartershipThe Opportunity

The office is in a fantastic central London location, just a short walk from Waterloo Station, with excellent views across the city.
