We are currently recruiting for Production Operatives / Assembly Operatives to join a busy and growing team.
This is an excellent opportunity for candidates with previous production or assembly experience, although full training will be provided for the right person.
The Role
As a Production/Assembly Operative, your duties will include:
Assembling products and components accurately and efficiently.
Following production instructions and procedures.
Carrying out quality checks to ensure products meet the required standards.
Using basic hand tools and equipment where required.
Maintaining a clean, safe and organised working area.
Meeting production targets and deadlines.
Working as part of a team to ensure smooth production.
Reporting any quality or production issues to the supervisor.
About You
The ideal candidate will:
Have previous production, assembly or manufacturing experience — preferred but not essential.
Have good attention to detail.
Be reliable, punctual and hardworking.
Be comfortable working in a fast-paced production environment.
Have a good attitude and willingness to learn.
Be able to follow instructions and work effectively as part of a team.
