A sixth form in Hammersmith & Fulham is looking for a professional and highly organised Head's PA to join their team for an immediate start.
Head's PA – The Role
As Head's PA, you will provide high-level administrative and organisational support to the Head, helping to ensure the smooth running of the sixth form.
Your responsibilities will include:
Managing the Head's diary, appointments and meetings
Preparing correspondence, documents and meeting materials
Taking accurate minutes and following up on actions where required
Managing emails and responding to enquiries professionally
Handling confidential information with discretion
Liaising with staff, students, parents and external contacts
Supporting meetings, events and wider administrative duties
Prioritising a busy workload and ensuring deadlines are met
Head's PA – The Candidate
The successful candidate will be highly organised, professional and confident, with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Previous experience as a PA, Executive Assistant or senior administrator would be beneficial, particularly within an education setting. The ability to work independently, manage competing priorities and maintain confidentiality is essential.
