Description
Provide expert advice on HR policies and procedures.
Manage employee relations, including handling grievances and disciplinary processes.
Support recruitment activities, including interviewing and onboarding.
Maintain and update HR records to ensure compliance with regulations.
Assist in the development and implementation of HR projects and strategies.
Advise managers on performance management and staff development.
Ensure compliance with employment law and organisational policies.
Produce reports and provide insights to support HR decision-making.Profile
A successful HR Advisor should have:
Previous experience in a similar HR role within the Not for Profit sector or comparable environments.
Strong knowledge of employment law and HR best practices.
Experience managing employee relations and HR processes.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple priorities effectively.
A proactive approach to problem-solving and decision-making.
CIPD qualification or equivalent is desirable.Job Offer
Salary dependent on the level of experience, between £35,000 and £40,000.
