Are you an experienced Asbestos Surveyor looking for more variety in your working week?
Golden Fox Recruitment is recruiting for a permanent opportunity with a successful environmental services business that is strengthening its surveying presence across Ipswich and the wider Suffolk area.
You'll work across a broad range of projects and environments, giving you the opportunity to build experience across different property types rather than carrying out the same style of survey day after day.
What will you be doing?
Your day-to-day responsibilities will include carrying out Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys, taking samples of suspected ACMs and producing accurate survey reports in accordance with HSG264.
You'll manage your own workload in the field, communicate directly with clients and ensure each project is completed safely, professionally and to the required technical standards.
Sites will vary and can include domestic and commercial properties, providing plenty of variety across your working week.
We're looking for an Asbestos Surveyor who has:
* BOHS P402 or an equivalent recognised qualification
* Previous asbestos surveying experience
* A good understanding of HSG264 and relevant asbestos legislation
* Confidence working independently and dealing directly with clients
* Good written and verbal communication skills
* A full UK driving licence
