Golden Fox Recruitment is working with an established and growing environmental consultancy that is looking to add an experienced Asbestos Surveyor to its team in the Norwich area.
This is a varied surveying position offering the opportunity to work across a mixture of domestic and commercial sites.
With salaries available up to £43,000 depending on experience, this is a strong opportunity for an experienced surveyor looking for a well-paid, permanent position with a company that can offer stability and ongoing development.
As an Asbestos Surveyor, you will be responsible for:
* Undertaking Management, Refurbishment and Demolition Surveys in accordance with HSG264
* Working across a varied portfolio of sites and property types
* Identifying, sampling and accurately recording suspected asbestos-containing materials (ACMs)
* Producing clear, detailed and compliant survey reports
* Liaising professionally with clients and site contacts
* Ensuring all work is completed in line with current asbestos legislation, health and safety requirements and internal procedures
What We're Looking For
* BOHS P402 qualification or equivalent
* Previous experience working as an Asbestos Surveyor
* Good working knowledge of HSG264 and current asbestos legislation
* Ability to manage your own workload and work independently on site
* Strong reporting and communication skills
* Full UK driving licence
