Shift: Monday to Thursday, 17:00 – 04:00
Pay: Starting from £12.81 per hour. Rate increases following successful completion of training and probation.
About the Role
Select Recruitment is currently looking for an experienced Manufacturing Operative to join a busy and well-established manufacturing environment in Norwich.
This is a hands-on role suited to someone who already has previous manufacturing experience and is comfortable working to production targets, maintaining quality standards and following detailed processes.
You’ll be joining a supportive production team where accuracy, reliability and a strong work ethic are important.
Key Responsibilities
Assembling, fabricating and manufacturing of the products
Loading and unloading of the products
Carry out regular quality checks to ensure products meet required specifications
Complete production records and paperwork accurately
Pack finished products in line with company standards
Follow production schedules and work towards daily output targets
Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company policies
Maintain a clean, organised and safe working environment
Work effectively as part of a team to meet production requirements
