Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Company Overview:
Our client is a well-established franchised dealership in Aylesbury, part of a small, family-run business with a loyal local customer base. They are looking for two experienced Service Advisors / Service Receptionists to join their busy aftersales team.

Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Role and Responsibilities:
* Booking in vehicles for service, repair and MOT, by phone, email and in person
* Meeting and greeting customers, managing arrivals and departures
* Liaising with the workshop to provide customers with accurate updates and explanations of work required
* Producing invoices and taking payments
* Promoting additional services and products where appropriate
Service Advisor / Service Receptionist Skills and Experience:
* Previous experience in a Service Advisor, Service Receptionist or similar aftersales role within a motor dealership or garage
* Confident, professional telephone and face-to-face manner
* Comfortable using a Dealer Management System (DMS)
* Well organised, with a methodical approach to bookings and paperwork
