About WYK Digital
WYK Digital is an award-winning, government funded social enterprise. We train young who are facing barriers to launch careers in digital marketing, media and advertising. More than 1,300 learners have been through our Bootcamps and our programme since 2020 placing them into over 230 different companies.
The role
You'll design and deliver the Amazon Ads module of our 8-week, employer-led Bootcamp. Teaching is mostly live online, with some in-person sessions at our London HQ. You'll take learners from zero to confident on:
- The retail media landscape and where Amazon Ads fits in the media plan
- Sponsored Products, Sponsored Brands and Sponsored Display
- Keyword and ASIN targeting, bidding strategies and budget pacing
- Campaign structure, search term reports and optimisation
- Reporting on ACoS, ROAS and TACoS, and explaining the results to a client
- An introduction to Amazon DSP and Amazon Marketing Cloud
- Using AI tools to speed up research, reporting and optimisation
You'll also help learners use what they've learned on their live campaign and assess their portfolio work.
What we're looking for
- At least 3 years of hands-on Amazon Ads experience, in-house, at an agency or as a seller
- The ability to explain technical concepts clearly to complete beginners
- Patience, warmth, and a real commitment to widening access to the industry
- Training or teaching experience is welcome but not required. We'll support you with our curriculum framework and quality processes.
- Amazon Ads certifications are a plus
