TXM Recruit is currently recruiting for an experienced Head of Programmes to join a leading engineering organisation in Saffron Walden.

Reporting to the Group Technical & Engineering Director, you will lead multiple cross-functional projects, ensuring delivery on time, within budget and to the required quality standards.

Key Responsibilities
Lead and coordinate multiple engineering projects from initiation to completion.
Develop project plans, budgets, resources and schedules.
Manage risks, issues and project performance.
Lead internal teams and third-party suppliers.
Manage key stakeholder relationships and provide senior-level reporting.
Drive continuous improvement across project management processes.
Mentor and develop project team members.About You
5+ years' project/programme management experience.
Strong leadership and stakeholder management skills.
Experience managing budgets, resources and project risks.
Strong understanding of Agile/Waterfall methodologies.
Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
Engineering/technical environment experience desirable.
PMP, PRINCE2 or Agile certification desirable
