About the Role
We're looking for an Electrical Working Supervisor to lead a small team on a commercial install near Old Street. A willingness to contributing hands-on to installations if needed will be required. You'll be the on-site point of contact for quality, safety, and schedule, keeping projects on track and up to spec.
Responsibilities
Lead, assign, and supervise electricians and apprentices on daily work
Perform hands-on electrical installation, troubleshooting, and repair
Ensure all work meets company safety standards
Read and interpret blueprints, schematics, and specifications
Coordinate materials and labour
Communicate progress, issues, and changes to management and clients
Qualifications
JIB Gold card
SSSTS or higher equivalent
First Aid (Beneficial)
This position is an immediate start with a negotiable rate depending on experience
