IT Business Analyst - 12 month FTC

We are looking for an energetic, collaborative IT Business Analyst to join our team on a 12 month FTC basis to cover maternity leave. In this role, you will be the ultimate link between our organisation's real-world business needs and the technology solutions that support them.

The role offers hybrid working and requires flexibility to travel which will be subject to projects.

Job Description

​​​​​​​You will be working closely with stakeholders to understand the business processes, identify areas for improvement, and recommend technology solutions to enhance efficiency, productivity, and overall business performance.

Some of the key accountabilities will include:

Shape the Strategy: Work closely with stakeholders to dig into business processes, pinpoint areas for improvement, and recommend tech solutions that boost efficiency and performance.
Map & Improve: Document "As-Is" workflows and help design slick, efficient "To-Be" processes.
Elicit Requirements: Lead interactive workshops and 1-to-1 sessions to extract, analyse, and document project requirements.
Drive Business Readiness: Act as the champion for change, helping teams smoothly transition to new systems and adopt new functionalities into business-as-usual (BAU) operations.
Support Project Governance: Partner with Project Management to track actions, organise documentation, keep milestones on target, and evaluate third-party vendors.
