Supply Desk are seeking a passionate, dedicated, and enthusiastic Primary School Teacher to join a welcoming and inclusive primary school in the Harrow area, starting this September.

This full-time teaching position would suit a teacher who enjoys working across Key Stages 1 and 2 and is committed to creating a positive, engaging, and supportive learning environment. The successful candidate will be enthusiastic, adaptable, and dedicated to helping every pupil reach their full potential, while making a positive contribution to the wider school community.

You will be responsible for planning and delivering creative, engaging, and curriculum-aligned lessons, assessing and tracking pupil progress, and maintaining effective communication with parents and carers. There will also be opportunities to contribute to extra-curricular activities, school initiatives, and enrichment opportunities, helping to provide a well-rounded educational experience for all pupils.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver engaging and inclusive lessons across KS1 and/or KS2
Differentiate teaching to meet the needs of all pupils
Monitor, assess, and track pupil progress
Maintain high expectations of behaviour, achievement, and learning
Communicate effectively with parents and carers regarding pupil progress
Contribute to extra-curricular activities, clubs, and wider school initiatives
Work collaboratively with colleagues to achieve the best possible outcomes for pupils
Promote a positive, inclusive, and stimulating classroom environment
Support the safeguarding and wellbeing of all pupils
Requirements

Qualified Teacher Status (QTS)
Primary teaching or classroom experience
A genuine passion for teaching and supporting children's development
Strong classroom management skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
An inclusive and nurturing approach to teaching and learning
Good knowledge and understanding of safeguarding procedures
Commitment to promoting high standards of education and pupil wellbeing
