How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    The Role

As a ZBrush Artist, you will be responsible for creating detailed 3D models and digital sculpts based on approved concepts, references and production requirements.

You will work closely with the wider design and production teams to develop accurate, production-ready assets and ensure that models meet the required artistic and technical standards.

This is a hands-on production role suited to an artist who has solid ZBrush experience and is comfortable working within an established creative pipeline.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Create detailed 3D sculpts and models using ZBrush.

    * Develop characters, creatures, props, architectural details and other assets as required by projects.

    * Interpret concept artwork, drawings, reference material and creative briefs.

    * Produce high-quality sculpts while maintaining the required level of detail and accuracy.

    * Work from existing designs and concepts rather than independently defining the overall creative direction.

    * Prepare and refine models for integration into wider production pipelines.

    * Create clean and efficient topology where required.

    * Work with other 3D software packages such as Maya, 3ds Max, Blender or equivalent where appropriate.

    * Collaborate with designers, concept artists, 3D artists and production teams.

    * Respond positively to feedback and make revisions within agreed deadlines.

    * Maintain organised files and follow project naming, version control and production procedures.

    * Ensure work is delivered to the required quality, specification and schedule.

    * Support the wider production team where required.

    Essential Skills & Experience

    * Proven professional experience using ZBrush in a production environment.

    * Strong digital sculpting and modelling skills.

    * Good understanding of anatomy, form, proportion and surface detail.

    * Ability to translate 2D concepts and references into detailed 3D assets.

    * Experience creating detailed hard-surface and/or organic models.

    * Good understanding of modelling, topology and 3D production workflows.

    * Good communication and teamwork skills.

    * A strong portfolio demonstrating professional ZBrush work.

    Desirable Skills

    * Experience within themed entertainment, attractions, film, television, VFX, gaming or similar creative production environments.

    * Experience with Maya, 3ds Max, Blender or other 3D software.

    * Experience preparing assets for fabrication or physical production.

    * Knowledge of 3D printing and/or digital-to-physical workflows.

    * Experience working with large-scale entertainment or experiential projects
