This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced MRICS Building Surveyor to work across a varied portfolio of projects, with a particular focus on healthcare and education-sector properties.
The Role
As a Chartered Building Surveyor, you will provide a broad range of professional and project-based surveying services, working closely with clients and other members of the consultancy team.
Responsibilities will include:
Building and condition surveys
Planned maintenance and lifecycle planning
Defect diagnosis and technical advice
Preparation of specifications and schedules of work
Contract administration
Project monitoring
Dilapidations and schedules of condition
Producing detailed technical reports
Liaising with clients, contractors and project stakeholders

About You
We are looking for a Chartered Building Surveyor (MRICS) with a strong professional surveying background.
Ideally, you will have:
MRICS qualification
Strong professional Building Surveying experience
Previous experience working on healthcare and/or education projects
Good knowledge of relevant construction standards and regulations
Experience with contract administration and technical reporting
Excellent communication and client-facing skills
The ability to manage your own workload and work effectively as part of a wider team
Experience within other public-sector environments would also be advantageous.
