This leading main contractor requires an Information Manager to work out of their Hampshire office on large new build residential projects.
As this Information Manager role is to cover maternity leave for a period of 6-9 months, and could lead to a permanent position due to in influx of work they have coming through over the next 12 months.
Being a leading residential developer and contractor, they build from Planning stage and design and build to handover.
A leading Tier 1 company experienced in delivering complex projects through various partnerships with local authorities and housing associations. Their projects range from £30m to over £100m in value.
The main requirements required for this Information Manager role is experience in Sharepoint, Asite or Dalux software and you will have worked for a construction company before as either in Information Manager or Document Controller.
