⏳ 18-Week Contract
We are currently recruiting for an experienced Lead Site Manager to oversee the delivery of an 18-week restaurant project in Notting Hill, London. Reporting directly to the Contracts Manager, you will take full responsibility for the day-to-day management of the site, ensuring works are delivered safely, on programme and to the highest quality standards.
This is an excellent opportunity for a proactive Site Manager with strong fit-out experience and a proven background managing specialist packages, including restraint installations, on fast-paced commercial projects.
Key Responsibilities
* Lead the day-to-day management of the site from start to completion.
* Report directly to the Contracts Manager, providing regular progress updates.
* Coordinate and supervise subcontractors, ensuring works are completed safely and efficiently.
* Manage site health & safety, ensuring full compliance with current legislation.
* Oversee quality control and ensure works are delivered in line with project specifications.
* Monitor programme, identify potential delays and implement solutions.
* Conduct site meetings, toolbox talks and maintain accurate site records.
* Liaise with the client, design team and subcontractors throughout the project.
Essential Requirements
* Previous experience as a Lead Site Manager on commercial fit-out or refurbishment projects.
* Experience managing restraint installation works is essential.
* Experience working on restaurant or hospitality projects is advantageous.
* Strong organisational and communication skills.
* Valid SMSTS, CSCS and First Aid at Work certificates.
