Are you an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer or Commercial Plumber looking for a permanent role in London offering a £55,000 basic salary, regular overtime, company van and fuel card?
We’re working with an established building services contractor carrying out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across commercial buildings and residential developments throughout London.
This is a permanent PAYE position offering consistent, year-round work and a long-term opportunity with an established contractor.

The Role
As a Mechanical Maintenance Engineer / Commercial Plumber, you will carry out planned and reactive mechanical maintenance across commercial properties and residential developments throughout London.
The role will include:
* Planned preventative maintenance (PPM)
* Reactive mechanical maintenance and fault finding
* Commercial plumbing and mechanical repairs
* Pipework maintenance and repairs
* Pumps, valves and TMVs
* Plant room maintenance
* Mechanical building services maintenance
* Diagnosing and repairing mechanical and plumbing faults
* Working across multiple client sites
About You
We’re looking for an experienced Mechanical Maintenance Engineer, Mechanical Plumber or Commercial Plumber with:
* Commercial mechanical or plumbing maintenance experience
* Planned and reactive maintenance experience
* Strong fault-finding and problem-solving skills
* Commercial building and plant room experience
* Good knowledge of mechanical building services
* Experience with pipework, pumps, valves and TMVs
* Mechanical or plumbing qualifications preferred
* Full UK driving licence
* Ability to work independently
