This is a great opportunity for a commercially driven merchandiser to take real ownership of a division and have a genuine impact on sales, stock, intake and profit across a unique international retail environment.

Has solid retail merchandising experience, ideally within a multi-brand environment
Is commercially sharp and confident working with WSSI, forecasting, intake, stock and OTB
Loves getting into the numbers but can also see the bigger commercial picture
Is confident making decisions and taking calculated risks
Has strong product and market awareness
Enjoys working collaboratively with Buying and wider commercial teams
Is naturally organised, proactive and able to keep things moving when priorities change
