Hours: 9:00am – 5:00pm, Monday to Friday

About the Role
We are looking for a highly organised and detail-focused Compliance Administrator to provide administrative support to the Compliance Manager and assist with the day-to-day management of compliance activities.
This is a varied administrative role involving maintaining accurate records and documentation, monitoring expiry dates, supporting renewals and managing spreadsheets and administrative systems.
The role would suit someone with previous administrative experience who has excellent attention to detail, is confident working independently and is comfortable handling important and confidential documentation.
Key Responsibilities
* Provide day-to-day administrative support to the Compliance Manager.
* Maintain and update compliance reports, records and documentation.
* Manage licences, permits, certifications, insurance documents and other compliance records.
* Monitor document expiry dates and ensure upcoming renewals are identified and actioned.
* Support renewal processes and follow up on outstanding documentation.
* Manage the compliance inbox, responding to routine queries and escalating more complex matters when required.
* Maintain accurate spreadsheets, trackers and records.
* Ensure documentation is correctly filed and easily accessible.
* Assist with general compliance administration and other tasks as required.
* Provide administrative cover for the Compliance Manager during periods of annual leave.
* Work independently when required, ensuring key tasks and deadlines continue to be managed.
About You
The successful candidate will have:
* Previous administrative experience.
* Excellent attention to detail and a high level of accuracy.
* Strong organisational and time-management skills.
* The ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise effectively.
* Good written and verbal communication skills.
* Confidence using computers, spreadsheets and administrative systems.
* The ability to follow processes and procedures accurately.
* The ability to learn new systems and processes quickly.
* A reliable and proactive approach to work.
* The confidence to work independently and use initiative.
Desirable:
* Previous experience within compliance, regulatory or a similar environment.
* Experience using Microsoft Excel.
* Experience managing documentation, records or renewal schedules.
