We are currently recruiting for Class 2 Refuse Drivers / Loaders to join a busy waste and recycling operation in Croydon.
The RoleYou will be responsible for driving a Class 2 refuse collection vehicle while also working as part of the crew to collect waste from residential and commercial properties across the local area.
Duties will include:
Driving a Class 2 RCV safely and responsibly
Working alongside loaders to complete waste collections
Loading and emptying bins
Residential and commercial refuse collections
Carrying out vehicle checks before and during shifts
Following designated routes and site procedures
Maintaining high standards of health and safetyRequirements
Valid Class 2 (Cat C) licence
Valid CPC
Valid Digital Tachograph Card
Previous Class 2 driving experience
Refuse/waste experience is preferred
Good understanding of health and safety
Reliable and physically fit for the loading aspect of the roleWhat’s on Offer
