You'll be the face of the brands you represent, helping customers understand their options and find the right solution.
You don't need any previous experience. All you need is a positive attitude and a willingness to learn. Full training is provided, with real opportunities to progress.
WHAT THE ROLE INVOLVES
* Welcoming and engaging customers in person
* Answering questions and explaining products and services clearly
* Understanding customer needs and recommending the right option
* Supporting customers through the sign-up or purchase process
* Building lasting customer relationships through excellent service
* Working towards personal and team goals
* Attending regular training and development sessions
