Glossop and Hadfield
Revolve Collective is working closely with primary and secondary schools across Glossop and Hadfield to recruit Teaching Assistants.
The schools include Catholic settings with a strong community focus. Within these partnerships, educational priorities include an enriched curriculum, resilience, independence and respectful relationships.
Primary and secondary support require different strengths. We want to understand where your experience sits so we can discuss the appropriate setting with you.
Classroom contribution
In primary, support may centre on literacy, numeracy and helping children develop learning routines. In secondary, it may involve helping pupils understand subject tasks, organise their work and participate more independently.
Across either phase, you’ll work under teaching staff’s direction, reinforce expectations and share relevant observations about pupils’ learning.
Finding the right setting
We welcome applications from Teaching Assistants and Learning Support Assistants with primary KS1/KS2 or secondary KS3/KS4 experience. Relevant experience in another child-facing role will also be considered against the brief.
SEN/SEND experience and a relevant qualification are useful. Please identify any Year 3, Year 4 or secondary subject-support experience, alongside your understanding of safeguarding.
