We are seeking a Level 3 Qualified Nursery Assistant to join an independent school based in Russell Square, Central London, working with children aged 2–3 years old.
This is a long-term opportunity for one year initially, ideal for a caring, enthusiastic and committed early years professional looking to secure a stable role within a welcoming school environment.
The Role
As a Nursery Assistant, you will:

Work closely with children aged 2–3 years old.
*
Support the delivery of a safe, stimulating and nurturing learning environment.
*
Assist with the day-to-day care and supervision of children.
*
Support children's learning and development through play and engaging activities.
*
Build positive relationships with children, colleagues and families.
*
Work closely with the nursery and teaching team.
*
Follow the school's safeguarding, health and safety policies.
The Ideal Candidate:
*
Holds a Level 3 Teaching Assistant/Early Years/Nursery qualification.
*
Has experience working with children aged 2–3 years old.
*
Has previous experience in a nursery, school or early years setting.
*
Is warm, caring, patient and enthusiastic.
*
Has excellent communication and teamwork skills.
*
Has a strong understanding of safeguarding and the EYFS.
