Pay: £85.50-£110 per day

The SEN Teaching Assistant will support pupils individually and in small groups.
Reinforce differentiated learning and help pupils understand classroom instructions.
A SEN Teaching Assistant may support pupils with autism, ADHD, SLCN or learning difficulties where relevant.
Promote communication, emotional regulation and growing independence.
The SEN Teaching Assistant will follow EHCP targets and agreed strategies where applicable.
A SEN Teaching Assistant will work closely with class teachers and the SENCO to maintain consistent support.What We're Looking For in a SEN Teaching Assistant
Previous SEN Teaching Assistant, Teaching Assistant or SEND experience, or strong transferable experience in childcare, care, youth work, mentoring or similar support work.
Confidence supporting additional needs while promoting independence.
Patient, adaptable and able to maintain clear professional boundaries.
