Book customers in and manage the workshop schedule efficiently as the Service Advisor
Provide updates to customers regarding repair progress and vehicle status
Liaise with the workshop team to ensure timely completion of work
Order parts and handle parts procurement in conjunction with the workshop
Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions
Deliver outstanding customer service to promote repeat business and client satisfaction
Support garage administrative tasks and assist with general management duties as requiredRequirements:
Proven experience as a Service Advisor or in a senior service role within a garage environment
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Excellent communication and customer service abilities
Ability to work effectively within a team environment
Basic IT skills, including experience with garage management systems (system updates may be required)
