This is a key role within the business, offering the opportunity to manage and enhance portfolio performance, strengthen landlord relationships, and play a central part in the continued growth of the property management function.

The Role

Manage a residential portfolio with a focus on performance, retention, and service delivery
Build and maintain strong relationships with landlords, acting as a trusted advisor
Oversee tenancy lifecycles, ensuring a smooth and professional experience
Identify opportunities to maximise asset value and rental income
Ensure full compliance with lettings legislation and industry best practice
Manage maintenance, contractors, and property standards across the portfolio
Handle escalations and resolve complex queries efficiently
Support business growth through landlord retention and referralsAbout You

Proven experience within property management or lettings
Strong understanding of residential portfolio management
Commercial mindset with the ability to add value to client assets
Confident communicator with excellent relationship-building skills
Highly organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
