Senior Service Advisor

We are currently seeking a Senior Service Advisor to join a reputable automotive dealership in Chelmsford. This is an excellent Senior Service Advisor opportunity for an experienced professional to further their career within a customer-focused environment that values high standards and service excellence. The successful individual will be integral to maintaining the dealership’s reputation for quality service and customer satisfaction.

Benefits:

Competitive salary starting from £35,000 per annum
Working hours Monday to Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm
One in three Saturdays, 8:00 am to 1:00 pm, on a rota basis

Managing service bookings efficiently and keeping customers informed

Coordinating with workshop staff to ensure timely vehicle repairs
Promoting repeat business through effective communication and rapport buildingRequirements of a Senior Service Advisor:

Proven experience as a Service Advisor, ideally within the motor trade industry
Excellent communication and organisational skills
Customer-focused with a professional, proactive attitude
Ability to upsell and negotiate effectively
