How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Hybrid Working (3 Days Office-Based / 2 Days Remote) | c. £40,000–£46,000

We're looking for a commercially minded Media Planner Buyer Executive or Account Manager with strong experience in planning and buying trade media, ideally across channels such as OOH/outdoor, radio, trade press, digital display and specialist B2B media.

This is an excellent opportunity to join a property, estate agency and PropTech focused marketing business where you'll plan, buy, coordinate and deliver trade media campaigns for clients across the residential property sector. The role would suit someone currently working as a Media Planner Buyer, Media Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager or Trade Media Planner who is confident managing media schedules, supplier relationships and client campaign delivery.

You'll be someone who understands how trade media campaigns are planned, negotiated, booked, activated and reported on, and who is comfortable working with clients, internal teams, media owners and specialist suppliers. Experience in property marketing media would be highly advantageous, but just as important is a strong grounding in media planning, media buying, campaign administration and performance reporting.

    The Role

Working within a specialist property marketing team, you'll support the planning and buying of trade media campaigns across channels such as OOH/outdoor, radio, trade press, digital display, portals, sponsorship opportunities and wider specialist media activity.

Acting as a key day-to-day media contact, you'll help interpret briefs, build media plans, request rates, negotiate packages, coordinate bookings, manage timelines, gather assets and ensure clients receive clear updates, accurate reporting and responsive service.

A background in trade media planning and buying is essential. Experience working across OOH/outdoor, radio, trade press, specialist B2B media or property-related campaigns would be a strong advantage, though direct property experience is not essential.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Plan, buy, coordinate and deliver trade media campaigns across OOH/outdoor, radio, trade press, digital display and specialist media channels.

    * Act as a day-to-day media contact for clients, internal teams, media owners and suppliers.

    * Translate client briefs into clear media plans, schedules, budget allocations and delivery requirements.

    * Source media opportunities, request rates, negotiate packages and coordinate bookings with media owners.

    * Coordinate creative assets, approvals, copy deadlines, artwork specifications, traffic instructions and launch dates.

    * Work closely with creative, client service and performance teams to ensure campaigns run smoothly and deliver against objectives.

    * Monitor campaign delivery and support the preparation of reports, insights and recommendations.

    * Maintain accurate media schedules, booking confirmations, budgets, status documents and client updates.

    Skills & Experience

We're looking for someone who can demonstrate:

    * Previous experience in a media agency, trade media, media planning and buying, account management or campaign planning environment.

    * Current or recent experience as a Media Planner Buyer, Media Executive, Account Executive, Account Manager, Media Buyer or Trade Media Planner would be highly relevant.

    * A good understanding of trade media planning, buying, rate negotiation, channel selection, budgeting and reporting.

    * Experience supporting or managing campaigns across OOH/outdoor, radio, trade press, digital display, portals or specialist B2B media channels.

    * Experience with property marketing, estate agency, residential development or PropTech campaigns would be highly advantageous but is not essential.

    * Strong attention to detail, organisation and the ability to manage multiple media schedules, supplier deadlines and client priorities.

    * Confident communication skills and the ability to build effective relationships with clients, colleagues, media owners and suppliers.

    * Comfortable working with campaign delivery data, media performance information and reporting documents.

    What We're Looking For

    You'll be someone who is:

    * Detail-oriented, organised and confident managing media schedules, supplier actions and client deadlines.

    * Commercially aware with a strong understanding of how media selection, placement and negotiation influence campaign value.

    * Comfortable working in a fast-paced agency, account management or media buying environment.

    * Confident communicating with clients, media owners and internal teams in a clear, proactive and professional way.

    * Interested in developing broader client coordination and account management skills within a specialist property marketing environment.

    Package

    * Salary circa £40,000–£46,000

    * Hybrid working: 3 days office-based / 2 days remote

    * Opportunity to develop from a trade media planning and buying background into a broader client-facing role.

    * Exposure to OOH/outdoor, radio, trade media, property marketing, campaign reporting and client delivery.

    * Collaborative, supportive and ambitious working environment.

If you're currently working in trade media planning and buying, OOH/outdoor, radio, specialist media or account management — and want to develop your media expertise in a client-facing property marketing role — we'd love to hear from you
