How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Job description

    Join us as a Senior Sustainability Sales Manager( Senior Sustainability Sales Representative II) and help organizations accelerate their sustainability and decarbonization ambitions. This is a high-impact role where you'll build strategic relationships, drive revenue growth, and help customers develop sustainability and energy consulting programs across their sites' portfolio to deliver measurable business, energy, and environmental outcomes.

    What will you do?
    Develop strategic customer accounts by identifying sustainability, energy efficiency, and decarbonization opportunities aligned with business priorities.
    Drive a healthy sales pipeline through consultative engagement with sustainability, operations, engineering, and executive stakeholders.
    Develop tailored sustainability and energy solutions for sites and multi-site portfolios, translating customer challenges into compelling value propositions.
    Collaborate with energy experts, solution developers, and delivery teams to design integrated solutions that deliver measurable business, energy, and carbon outcomes. What are the key skills we are looking for?
    Account Management - intermediate level; building trusted customer relationships that create long-term growth opportunities
    Consultative Selling - Intermediate level; understanding customer challenges and translating them into integrated sustainability and energy solutions.
    Technical Knowledge - Intermediate level; understanding sustainability, decarbonization, and energy efficiency concepts to engage confidently with technical stakeholders.
    Negotiation - intermediate level; managing commercial discussions and closing complex solution-based opportunities.
    Financial Acumen - developing level; understanding customer budgets and articulating ROI for sustainability investments
    Product Knowledge - intermediate level; confidently presenting solutions that improve efficiency and sustainability performance
    Industry Knowledge - staying current on sustainability regulations, energy transition trends, and emerging technologies. What qualifications will make you successful?

    For this UK based position, the expected pay range is GBP 65,600 - GBP 98,400 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United Kingdom. Our pay ranges are determined by the local market.
