Graduate SEND Opportunities

Are you a graduate looking to gain meaningful, hands-on experience working with children and young people?

We are currently working with a large special educational needs (SEN) school in Hackney that is looking to recruit Psychology Graduates or any Graduates with revelevant degrees for full-time, long-term positions as SEN Teaching Assistants.

This is an excellent opportunity for graduates who are considering future careers in psychology, educational psychology, child development, education, speech and language therapy, occupational therapy, social work or related fields.

The school has a strong track record of supporting graduates, providing them with valuable practical experience in a specialist educational environment. In the role, you will have the opportunity to work closely with children and young people with complex learning needs, develop your understanding of SEN, and build practical skills in communication, behaviour support and child development.

Alongside making a meaningful contribution to the lives of pupils, the experience can provide valuable insight into working within a multidisciplinary educational setting and help you develop skills that are highly relevant to future careers in psychology and other child-focused professions.
