How our sorting works

The order in which job vacancies are displayed is determined by a composite score based on the following factors:

  • Keyword Relevance: How well your search terms match the vacancy details. We prioritize matches found in the job title, followed by job requirements, location names, and educational levels. Matches within general employer information or the organization's name carry a lower weight.
  • Commercial Prioritization (Premium Jobs): Vacancies paid for by employers ('Premium' or 'Sponsored') receive a ranking boost and will appear higher in the search results.
  • Recency (Date Relevance): Newer vacancies are prioritized. The relevance score of a vacancy is reduced by half once the posting is older than 30 days.
  • Proximity (Distance Relevance): Vacancies located closer to your search location are ranked higher. For vacancies located more than 30 km from the search center, the relevance score is halved.
The final ranking is established by multiplying all these individual factors to calculate the total relevance score.

    Digital Marketing Assistant & Content Creator

    Location: Office Based: Wombourne, with occasional travel to client properties and show sites

    Salary: £30,000 - £35,000 (DOE) | Full-time, 40 hours (Mon–Fri, early Friday finish if no shoots)

    About the Role

    We're looking for a driven, passionate, and highly creative Digital Marketing Assistant & Content Creator who understands how to create beautiful, engaging content while maintaining a sophisticated and consistent luxury brand aesthetic.

    Managing several brands within our expanding portfolio, you'll play a key role in shaping our online presence; capturing photos and videos, creating compelling content across multiple platforms, attending photoshoots, whilst supporting wider marketing activity.

    The ideal candidate has a strong visual eye, including interiors, styling and design, alongside excellent photography, videography, editing and copywriting skills.

    Key Responsibilities

    * Take full ownership of day-to-day social media management across the 4 Brands, including content scheduling, community engagement, responding to comments and messages, and growing audiences organically.

    * Produce a variety of social content including reels, static posts, carousels, stories and behind-the-scenes content, that meets the high-end image of the brand. Primary focus on reel generation.

    * Attend professional photoshoots alongside a photographer, styling the space and directing the shoot, whilst capturing video content and candid shots for socials. Located at client projects, show sites and events across the UK.

    * Design high-quality marketing and promotional materials in line with brand guidelines, including brochures, postcards and other stationary.

    * Write engaging and educational social media captions, campaign copy and promotional content. Adapting tone of voice appropriately across multiple brands and platforms while maintaining a sophisticated and consistent style.

    * Opportunity to create, manage and optimise paid Meta advertising campaigns, including campaign planning, audience targeting, budget management and performance reporting. (experience preferred)

    * Opportunity to support the management and optimisation of Google Ads campaigns (experience preferred).

    * Analyse campaign performance and produce regular reports, using insights to improve future marketing activity.

    * Work alongside the wider team to develop website visuals, imagery and content, ensuring a consistent and cohesive brand experience across all digital touchpoints.

    * Monitor industry trends and competitor activity, continuously bringing fresh ideas and innovative approaches to the business.

    What We're Looking For

    * Experience working with high-end brands or luxury clients.

    * A sharp eye for design and detail – you know what makes content look premium.

    * A highly motivated, proactive individual who enjoys taking ownership and managing projects independently and working in a team.

    * Confident across social platforms and experience with meta business suite.

    * Skilled in photography, videography, and editing (Adobe Suite).

    * Experience using AI creative tools to produce high-quality marketing content.

    * Excellent copywriting skills and the ability to adapt tone of voice across multiple brands.

    * Ideally, experience managing Google Ads campaigns or a strong understanding of paid search marketing.

    * An understanding of website content, user experience and visual design principles.

    * Passionate about digital marketing, branding, content creation and emerging marketing trends.

    * A genuine interest in interiors, architecture, luxury products or design-led brands would be an advantage.

    * Out of the box thinking with confidence to put ideas forward and engage in team discussions.

    * Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle, with willingness to travel for content creation when required.
