Warehouse Operative – Dunstable

Shift Pattern: 12-hour shifts | 4 days on / 4 days off | Rotating days and nights
We are currently recruiting Warehouse Operatives to join a busy operation in Dunstable on a temporary-to-permanent basis.
This is a physically demanding role involving sorting trays and working within the tray wash area, so candidates must be comfortable with manual work and being on their feet for extended periods.
The Role
* Sorting and handling trays efficiently and safely
* Working within the tray wash operation
* Loading, unloading and moving trays as required
* Maintaining a clean and organised working environment
* Following health and safety procedures at all times
* Working as part of a team to meet daily operational targets
* Carrying out physically demanding tasks throughout the shift
Shift Pattern
The role operates on a 4 days on / 4 days off rota, working 12-hour shifts.
Shifts will rotate between days and nights, so applicants must be fully prepared and able to work both.
Due to the 4-on/4-off rota, your working days will vary and may include weekends and bank holidays. Flexibility with the rota is therefore essential.
Requirements
* Previous warehouse or manual handling experience is beneficial but not essential
* Comfortable carrying out physically demanding work
* Able to work 12-hour shifts
* Willing and able to work both day and night shifts
* Flexible to work weekends as part of the rota
* Reliable, punctual and committed
* Good team-working skills
* Able to follow instructions and health & safety procedures
