About the Role

As an Early Years Teacher, you will play a key role in supporting children's development during these crucial early years. You will create engaging learning experiences that encourage curiosity, confidence, independence, and a lifelong love of learning.

Responsibilities

Plan and deliver creative, engaging lessons in line with the EYFS Framework.
Create a stimulating and inclusive learning environment.
Support children's academic, social, and emotional development.
Monitor and assess pupil progress, adapting learning where needed.
Build positive relationships with parents, carers, and colleagues.
Contribute to the wider school community.

The Ideal Candidate

Holds Qualified Teacher Status (QTS).
Has experience teaching within EYFS.
Demonstrates a strong understanding of the Early Years Foundation Stage curriculum.
Has excellent classroom management and communication skills.
Is passionate about supporting young learners to achieve their potential.
Is committed to safeguarding and promoting the welfare of children.
